Sarah and Iwo purchased their 30-acre established vineyard just South of Margaret River, Western Australia in 2010 with a view of making wine as naturally as possible. They converted the nearly 40-year-old vineyard to organics and are in the process of finalising their certified conversion to biodynamics. Right from the start they set out to make wines that respected time and place as best possible and saw an organic, natural approach as the best way to achieve that.
