2016 Mosse Travel
Approximately 40% Grenache and 40% Cinsault from Domaine de l'Anglore's vineyard in Tavel (Sth Rhône), along with 20% Gamay Noir from home, all hand harvested then fermented together in fûts. A rosé more resemblant of L'Anglore than Mosse. Beautiful and pure but clearly from darker Southern fruit. Dry and saline still.
