"Vin de Sofa, as usual, is from our Scary Gully Vineyard high up in Forest Range. Its a blend of Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc with a splash of Gewürztraminer. Co-ferment, whole bunch carbonic maceration for five weeks before pressing and being sent to tank."
