2017 Poolside by Tommy Ruff

Poolside is an early-harvested, quickly-pressed Syrah from orgnically grown fruit from Tom's family farm in Seppeltsfield, North Barossa.
It seems too good to just be labelled "as rosé" but it definitely is pale red in colour. In the bottle is all the juice, acidity and fruitfulness you should expect from any of Tom's wines too.
From Tom himself: "Pressed as quick as we can, she ferments away for five or six weeks before being bottled and sent out. You have to be quick each year as she is gone before we know it."
