Ockhee Chilled Red, a delicious new collaboration with one of our favourite Korean restaurants, Ockhee!
A chilled red made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Syrah - all hand harvested from two BioGro certified organic vineyards in Hawke's Bay and made by Dan Gillett (Wine Diamonds & Selection Massale)
The wine is super aromatic, with red fruits and citrus on the nose, and the palate is bright, super juicy and dry/slightly savoury too. The wine has balance, tension and a depth of flavour. Dan would tell you it's his best chilled red yet and we would agree.
Unfiltered. Unfined. Minimal sulphites added. Served chilled by the glass at Ockhee or available by the bottle from Everyday Wine too.
