2021 Ciello 'Rosato' Rosé 20L Keg

Ciello Rosato - Rosé from Cattaratto and Nero d'Avola, grown in Marsala (West Sicily, Italy) by the Vesco family, owners of Cantine Rallo who have been making wines across three Sicilian appellations since 1860! 

Grown organically, wild fermented, unadjusted, unfiltered, unfined - the wine was fermented and matured in stainless steel to preserve freshness and fruit flavour. Blended post-ferment, the wine is a pale pink with bright fruit flavour and a saline, savoury finish. A really smart rosé that sings of summer.
