2021 Ciello 'Rosso' Nero d'Avola 20L Keg

Ciello Rosso - 100% Nero d'Avola grown in Marsala (West Sicily, Italy) by the Vesco family, owners of Cantine Rallo who have been making wines across three Sicilian appellations since 1860! 

Grown organically, wild fermented, unadjusted, unfiltered, unfined - the wine was fermented and matured in stainless steel to preserve freshness and fruit flavour. An amazing depth of flavour here.... incredibly fruity but dense and dark too.... pure blueberry, raspberry, dark cherry. Nero to a tee.
